Meet Yoshua!

Yoshua is from the Netherlands, and as he grew up, he saw a need for sound biblical theology in the churches in his home country. He developed a desire to be trained as a pastor in order to meet that need.

While he was searching for a seminary to attend, Yoshua learned of The Master’s Seminary through a TMS alum. He was immediately inspired by the conviction and sound biblical theology of TMS. But in order to become a student there, Yoshua needed a bachelor’s degree.

Fortunately, ��ݮӰ�� had just the program: the five-year Master of Divinity, which combines a bachelor’s degree in biblical studies from ��ݮӰ�� with the M.Div. from TMS.

The Lord graciously provided the necessary finances, including scholarships, and Yoshua is now a student at ��ݮӰ�� and working toward his desire for pastoral ministry.

“Two years ago I wasn’t even thinking about having the ability to afford a program like this,” Yoshua said. “God is faithful. That’s the thing I want to take away: God is faithful, even when I don’t feel it always.”
